Final Paper – Deep investigation of an intercultural communication topic of your choice

100-point project (70 points for the paper itself; 30 points for the presentation)

Overview of project:

This paper will be a detailed scholarly investigation of a topic of your choice.
You can pick a topic discussed in class and take it further or you can select a topic we didn’t discuss in class but yet is still wholly relevant in the field of intercultural communication.
The paper is what is usually referred to as a literature review.
The purpose of this assignment is for you to learn as much about an intercultural concept, issue or topic that truly interests and intrigues you as possible.
This paper will require at least ten (10) credible and scholarly sources that you will use as the basis for your literature review as well as related in-text citations. Ideally, all ten sources will be peer-reviewed scholarly journal articles.
You can use sources from class, but they will not count towards your ten sources.
This paper should be about 15 double-spaced pages.
The paper should also include a creative and descriptive title (no title page necessary).
The paper must also include in-text citations throughout.
The paper must also include a complete source list (including any in-class materials used) on a separate page.
