For this section you should summarize the current plan and provide a gap-analysis of the plan based upon what you have learned this semester. You should integrate the course materials into this section similar to how you did for the strategic plan reviews. Be sure you look at the grading rubric and be certain to touch on the elements for this section.

Part 2 – A new strategic plan

For this section you will create a new strategic plan for your organization being sure that you incorporate all of the elements of a strategic plan that we have discussed this semester. As you will see in the example, this section should look like the strategic plans you have been reviewing look like. Assume that you are the head of that organization and you are writing the plan. I cannot stress this enough but this must be 100% your own work. I check these against the original plans.

5 pages of supporting graphics, charts etc.

Part 3 – A summary of the process

In this section you will summarize your strategic planning process as a whole. Talk about the strengths and weaknesses, what strategy you used, and provide a general high-level overview of the process. Be sure to touch on the questions in part 3 in the assignment portion of the syllabus.
